Who We Serve.
The Intellectual and Developmental Disability Provider Advisory Council (IPAC) of Moniteau County is located in rural, Moniteau County, Missouri. IPAC focuses it’s efforts on bringing awareness, resources, community engagement opportunities and events to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as their families.
